We are all individuals - Height, weight, sex, activity level, food preferences
and specific goals determined the type and amount of exercise, as well as the
amount of food needed to reach your goals.
1. Proper Food Intake - 60 to 70% of your results come from the foods
you eat. Once you begin your training program, you trainer will
recommend the types of foods that will help you to reach your fitness
goals. By following the recommendations your metabolism will
increase, you energy levels will rise and your body fat will decrease.
2. Cardiorespiratory Activity - There is a particular training zone that
will help you get the most results from your workout. Your trainer will
teach you how to reach your proper training zone, allowing you to burn
more calories in less time.
3. Nutrient Augmentation (supplementation) - Supplements supply
nutrition without calories to help attain optimum nutrition, maintain or
increase muscle mass, improve performance, and aid in body fat reduction.
Your trainer will recommend the supplements needed to help
you achieve the results you want.
4. Resistance Training - Muscle is the body's fat burning machine.
The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. The goal behind
resistance training is to help the body burn more calories and increase
definition. Resistance training breaks down muscle; your body will burn
calories repairing or rebuilding the muscle. Your trainer will design an
individualized training program for you to get the most out of your
resistance training workouts in a safe and effective way.
5. Systematic Progression - Your body will eventually adapt to any
workout. When this happens you hit a plateau; you stop gaining results,
and you may even begin losing some of the results that you have already
achieved. Your trainer will systematically modify your fitness program so
that you will continue to achieve results in the fastest amount of time
possible.
Your trainer will take the guesswork out of designing a fitness program to
meet your individual goals, helping you to get the results you are looking
for and to maintain the results you have.
