Massage Treatments
Sierra Hot stones (80 minutes)
Smooth stones are heated with natural oils & used to infuse warmth into the core of the muscles.
Full body relaxation with cool aromatherapy eye pads.
Sports Massage (50 or 80 minutes)
A vigorous massage to smooth a Tahoe active body. We use compression, friction pressure point
& stretching to reduce tension & strengthen muscles.
Stillwater Massage (50 or 80 minutes)
This Traditional unique massage uses Swedish movement techniques with your choice of
European oils for a full body, scalp, hand & foot massage.
Tahoe Tension Tamer (30 minutes)
This massage focus is on the back, neck, and shoulders. It will relieve these major
areas of tension.
Couples Massage (60 minutes)
Pamper together!!! Your choice of massage with aromatic oils in your own private room. Two
therapists.
Any massage can be upgraded to a deep tissue massage for a nominal additional charge.

Tahoe Reflections (20 minutes)
Deep cleanse, tone purify, hydrate.
Paris in Tahoe (80 minutes)
This revitalizing experience includes deep milk cleanse, natural tones with Azulene to soften skin cells,
followed by a gentle expiation, with steam, light extractions, followd by a pressure point relaxing massage
of the face, neck, shoulders & hands. We then apply a hydrating mask, custom ampule of Vitamin C serum
and a custom Moisturizer to restore your skin.
Enzyme Clinical Peel (30 minutes)
This treatment is anti-aging to gently exfoliate skin cells, to renew damaged skin & to improve
elasticity. This is a treatment procedure.
Collengen Vitamin C (80 minutes)
Pamper your skin with medically formulated Collengen & Vitamin C. This treatment will
penetrate your skin to hydrate & soften with an anti oxidant formula.
Men's Facial (60 minutes)
This revitalizing experience includes deep milk cleanse, natural tones with Azulene to soften

Microdermabrasion Treatment (30 minutes)
This permanently exfoliates the skin with light crystals. It refines fine lines, age spots,
& decreases the appearance of wrinkles. Six treatments are suggested for 100%
improvement.

Almond delight (50 minutes)
Crushed almonds in a pure honey base to exfoliate dry skin cells, used with loofah
mitts to increase all skin cells and remove impurities for soft satin skin... a must summer and winter!
Sugar Enzyme (50 minutes)
Mineral Rich Sugar scrub to soften and hydrate your skin. We dry brush the skin, then use
a mild sugar scrub to clean off your pores for glowing refreshed skin.
Detox Body Wrap (50 minutes)
Warm violet clay mud is applied to your body, then you are wrapped in a thermal blanket
to relax, detox, and soften the skin. A Sierra delight.
Sierra Retreat (80 minutes)
Begin with a loofah honey & almond scrub, then enjoy our violet clay detox mud,
followed by a warm Swedish 30 minute massage.
Manicures & Pedicures
Deluxe Manicure (30 minutes)
We soak the hands in a pure oil warm spa machine, followed by custom filing, cuticle
pushing, and nipping. We then do a full hand & arm massage folllowed
by your choice of polish. (French additions available for a nominal added fee.)
Mini Manicure (15 minutes)
Soaking of the hands in warm spa machine, shaping of and polishing of nails.
Custom Deluxe Pedicure (50 minutes)
Soak in our state of the art pedicure station.
Shaping of the nails, cuticle pushing, nipping cuticles, complete foot exfoliating for dry
heels & toes, follow with a sugar scrub to soften feet and legs, then a warm aromatherapy
massage finished with your choice of color... A must for tired feet.
Waters Packages
Waters Melody (90 minutes)
Start with a 50-minute massage of your choice followed by our Paris in Tahoe Facial.
Waters Spirit Bliss (120 minutes)
Enjoy our Sierra retreat, body scrub of choice (sugar glow or honey almond) and violet clay
wrap and 50 minute massage.
Reflections Deluxe (80 minutes)
Indulge in our Paris in Tahoe Facial followed by a Vitamin C serum application and rich collagen
mask treatment.
