Spinning®: Burn up to 500 calories per 40-minute ride with this popular class. Spinning® has no complicated moves to learn, and our great instructors and driving music encourage you to pedal your way to new heights of fitness.
Bodypump™: A revolutionary workout that targets the major muscle groups and increases muscular endurance. Using barbells, this class provides powerful athletic resistance training, motivating music and awesome instructors. With simple athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Bodypump™ is for all ages and all fitness levels.
Bodypump™ is a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for anyobdy who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. Burning up to 600 calories per class session, Bodypump™ helps you to increase strength, improve general fitness, as well as to shape and tone muscles.
Rock Bottom: Just what the name implies... A 45 minute workout of exercises that focus on toning and sculpting the glutes, waist and hip area. You will feel this one!
Abs class: Just good old-fashioned abdominal work, with more than enough variety so you'll never get bored. Strengthening and defining your abs will also increase back and core strength and improve torso stabilization. This 15 minute class is a great compliment to any workout.
EZ RIDER Spin: A lighter side spin class, focusing on building your spinning skills and aerobic base. Thi class teaches all the basics of form, technique and bike set-up.
Xfit: Join our newest strength and conditioning coach Jason for an hour of integrated strength training, high intesity intervals and abdominal-crushing core blast!
Yoga: Ashtanga Style Yoga, which is an energetic, aerobic style of Yoga. It entails synchronizing breath with a progressive series of postures. Continued practice results in improved circulation, light and strong body, and a calm mind.
Group Personal Training: Wake up and shape up!......and achieve your fitness goals. This class will target a different muscle group in each class session. Learn the right way to use weights while you condition and strengthen muscles and increase their definition. Appropriate for all levels.
Dynamic Definition: A compliment to your Rock Bottom Class. This class is full of muscle toning for both the upper and lower body. Be prepared to challenge and target those special areas.
Spin-Pilates: This has taken the fitness industry to a new level of core training. Pilates will strengthen, stretch and elongate your muscles while improving your posture.
Interval Blast: Statistics show Interval Training is the best way to blast away belly fat. This class does just that using the gym as a playground. A great cross training workout using all fitness toys that can mix up your workout and make it fun, while you trim and tone your body. All levels welcome.
Kickboxing and Bootcamps
it up in this non-stop cardio dance class with Hindi, Arabic, American, African, and Latin beats. The choreography includes body sculpting and interval training in a combination of fast and slow rhythms.
